moderator position

i would like to be a moderator i am 14 years old my in game name is "craftincreeper" my actual name is michael my skype is "craftincreeper" plugin experience would be tekkit and feed the beast and bukkit my past positions would be helper/builder on this server. i can spend up to 8 hours a day on the server helping people out, reason i would be good for the job would be because i enforce the rules already and i like to help out with everyone i enjoy watching the chat and making sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to do:)
