This is the support section. Direct any complex questions you may have here, instead of asking on the server. If your question is command or plugin related, look through the server info section before posting.

If you were banned, or temp-banned, you may post an appeal.

If you think someone is hacking or glitching please provide evidence. Video is better than picture. We may not be able to do anything with a picture.

What not to post:

Don’t ask for any kind of privilege. No one gets special advantages here unless they donate. If you want to apply for moderator or builder, go to the applications section.
