Heydm is Jailed

I believe I should be freed from jail and given back my "powers of build world". This is because shatter jailed me and threatened to perm ban me even though i did not do anything. He had no evidence. I think this is unfair and i should be freed.

What happened:

I was sent to jail after the server crashed. When I asked why I was in jail, he simply said that I hacked the server and made it crash. After this, I stayed silent because I thought no-matter what I said shatter probably wouldn't think i'm telling the truth.

You were jailed for a few reasons, ( none of which are you burning down a build that said shatter.) Your first mistake was building in the lobby world. This is against the rules, and you know it. I’ve destroyed many bases here, and personally told you not to go in that dimension. Then you stopped talking to me, presumably because you were mad. At which time the server crashed. I was afraid that you had access to World Edit, and that you had crashed the server by over loading the CPU. I jailed you immediately to make sure that you didn’t have access to any commands, mainly world edit commands. This process would have been over shortly, if it weren’t for your lack of communication. You didn’t reply to me at all. I tried for a ridiculously long time. My time is valuable, and not talking to me was just disrespectfully.
You have been demoted to guest, both because of your disrespect/ rule breaking, and for fear that you will burn down the rest of the build world. Understand that this is punishment is very light, but you are building up a record of offences. Next time I will be forced to take more action. Demoting you to guest is not personal, but is in the best interest of the server. Try not to replicate the events that have taken place, or I will have to do something more drastic.

um ok but let me just defend myself.

1.I did not build my base. I know that does not say anything but I only did f home. In the future I will make sure this does not happen again.

2. World edit really what would I do? Most of the stuff near was either mine or the obsidian things. But I do understand your point as I did destroy something.
